LATAM Airlines and creditors continue to clash over backstop charges

By Rick Archer (February 11, 2022, 9:55 PM EST) — Chilean carrier LATAM Airlines and a host of its creditors continued to battle Friday in a New York bankruptcy judge over a backstop financing deal in LATAM’s Chapter 11 plan, with each side accusing the other of having a distorted view of costs.
