Ex-Cred Inc. Exec is reluctant to appear in person at Del. Ch.7

By Jeff Montgomery (May 3, 2022, 4:54 p.m. EDT) – A bankrupt former executive of bankrupt cryptocurrency firm Cred Inc. declined to commit on Tuesday to appear in person in a Delaware lawsuit over the U.S. trustee’s efforts to block his Chapter 7 release based on allegations of fraudulent reporting, record keeping and transfer violations.
