Dekh Lo Kaisay Karna Hai Leadership with a Solution – Jammu and Kashmir Latest News | Tourism

The Republic of India is perhaps the only democracy in the world where the festival of electoral process and elections is an endless continuous process taking place all the time and in all places. They begin in life even before that individual is born. Ladka hoga ya Ladki, and family members vote for it. Which school Nukad wala prep ya International Public School, again by voting. The class monitor votes again. Elections and we as an electorate move from representing the society to the Mohalla committee and finally moving on to the difficult, real and dirty electoral process of electing a ward councilor to a municipal corporation to party positions at MLA to MP to CM to PM. But when asked, none of us could really define who we want to choose from and what expectations we expect to be met by our rep. The common answer we get is “Kaam tho kisi ney karna nahi hai bus vote maangny aa jaty hain”. But where is the fault if we approach our leaders with the problem but without a solution, having an approach like “Dekh lo kaisay karna hai”.
But a rep/leader is someone who sees themselves as a fairly balanced person, and it takes a lot to get them off the ground. However, one thing that should really make him angry is when people interact with current problems but don’t offer solutions.
Anyone can report a problem, that’s the easy part. The people who come up with solutions to solve a problem are the ones who really move the world forward.
Throughout my career, I have found that people fall into two categories, those who do and those who complain. In the most successful teams, the number of doers far exceeds the number of complainers.
The challenge for leaders, then, is how to attract, retain and nurture empowered people. It’s no secret that leaders set the tone for the entire organization.
In business, as in life, there are many different leadership styles. While all of these styles can produce results, the solution-focused approach is one of the most effective at overcoming obstacles and increasing productivity.
Solution-oriented thinking involves naturally looking for solutions to the problem at hand and identifying ways to solve problems and prevent them from happening again. It has become one of the most desirable traits of modern business leadership.
In a work environment, a solution-focused approach means providing solutions to problems, rather than just having theories about how the problem arose. These solutions should focus on changing workflows and systems to fix problems and deliver longer-term improvements in efficiency and productivity.
When used in leadership, this approach not only improves processes, but also helps team members stay motivated and goal-oriented. A solution-oriented approach is always forward-looking and positive, whereas a problem-oriented approach can often be backward-looking and negative.
Being a solution-focused leader is a great way to handle your business challenges better and faster, and to encourage your team to do the same. But what, exactly, is solution-focused leadership? What are the main characteristics of solution-oriented leaders? And how can you foster a more solution-focused mindset, both within yourself and within your team?
Don’t play the emotional card
Don’t allow yourself to get emotionally involved in a problem, that means don’t get upset or resentful. In a leadership context, this also extends to your team. Don’t let anyone dwell on the past, start building the future instead.
Identify a problem
Identifying a problem is the first point and finding a solution is the second. With a solution-oriented mind, you should start thinking about the methods you can use to bridge the gap between these two points as quickly and efficiently as possible.
No excuses
A solution-oriented leader doesn’t need excuses. If you’re really focused on solutions, you shouldn’t worry about whose fault the problem is. Instead, focus on what can be done to fix things. This is not a blame game.
Resist questions
Some employees will inevitably wonder why did this happen? A solution-oriented leader should resist these questions, often they just waste time. Focus less on why and more on what we are doing now.
Go forward
A solution-oriented leader knows that the most important thing is to find a way forward. The best way to do this is to bring the whole team together to develop a solution. This ensures that everyone agrees and accepts all changes and improvements that are made.
First of all
Very often we think that a solution-oriented leader is very quick to action. But I think it’s essential that you have the ability to stop, to pause before responding. First of all. Before jumping into how to become a more solution-oriented leader, it’s very easy to take action, but solution-oriented isn’t necessarily the same as solution-oriented. stock.
A lesson
There is a lesson to be learned from Modi’s leadership that solution-focused leaders don’t spin the wheels by dwelling on past problems or what’s wrong; instead, they keep their eye on the goal and focus on what needs to happen for themselves and their teams to keep moving forward. And that’s the last thing you want if you’re trying to go ahead and implement solutions.
